Continuing this past Sunday’s drunken adventure I begin to make another Challah loaf! Again, I wouldn’t recommend it!

hello and good morning today we aregoing to be making challah bread alittle caveat to this one is I’m gonnamake a new series called this Sundaywake and bakenothing illegal you just kind of getdrunk there in either sunday or some dayand do some bread making you’ll see mySunday wake and bake sourdoughs ones inthe oven right now but I figure betweenvideos where we ate the 30 minutes 40minutes give or take that’s where wehave some fun with some things and startthe challah bread so our Bob I will bemaking another video we’re another setof videos for the challah bread that wayI’m doing it more professionally butlet’s have some fun right today so we’regoing to start off with a nice littleshot of Bailey rum and then now we’regonna pour our rum and coke here niceBenedict or heavy heavy pour okayanother spoon now give that a littlemixing that way we’re not going purealcohol over first sip that’s so fun youwant a pure alcohol my first sip I do agoddamn shot again mmmalright so for the challah breadrather than trying to memorizeeverything your even my Holy Bible hereI’ve already made this six times I madetwo three double batches six challahbreads from other day mother’s dayeveryone loved it so I am now makingsome additional ones one for my futurewife and one for my friends Colin andMolly congratulations on the new baby myvideo by the way with a challah breadthat will not be me drinking will bemuch more congratulations and all thatgood shit but for now we’re just gonnacontinueso I’ve already actually gone and premeasured all the ingredients we alsohave a floured surface here from oursourdough bread mixin so this is good togo so we are going to startand I will pause during parts of thisvideo wherever the half a cup of warmwater and the two in 1/4 teaspoons ofactive yeast in a bowl so half a cup ofwarm water and our active yeast that’ssprinkled on here as I mentioned theother videos you’re when I take somekind of spoon or fork and does not becrazy it’s gonna be a little weapon onthe screen regardless but if there’sanything on the side since loves warmthI’m actually going to put this right ontop of the oven which is nice and heatedright now it’s making our first of threeSoto Lopes check out that other videofor the subject wake and bake we cangive that about five minutes with thesix minute timer at 11 minutes on thetimer we will be good to go I guess I’llgo over some of the other green to themeantime we are gonna need two eggs andtwo egg whites so I’ve already goneahead and done that as I mentioned Icrack two eggs and then I took two eggyolks put that in we’re gonna lightlybeat that later which I’ll mention againwe are going to need two tablespoonsright let me just double-check thatthree tablespoons of vegetable oil 3tablespoons of sugar and 1 and 1/2teaspoons of saltI combined these that way am I wastinguh yeah little storage areas the bowlwe’re also going to need 1/2 a cup offlour flour 30 grams per for the cup so60 grams of flour and then for the laterprocess when it makes it more flour twoand a half cups of flour 300 gramsso we all have this on the ready yes soboys enjoy the good stuff I sayloosey-goosey we’ll be back for theSunday wake-and-bake part 2 challahbread holla at your boyextravaganza mmm okay and uh Ron thankyou again for everything yeah some goodnews to anyone who actually watchingthese videos it looks like my KitchenAidhas been fixedRon has been so kind to fix my shit noguarantees that’s fine I don’t carehopefully we can get at least one or tworecipes out of it before potentiallybreaks again which I would not blame onRon for I will blame faulty equipmentand the fact that that thing would beatto buck up and about ten years old sowouldn’t I get that back I will bemaking another video proper video noalcohol involved for the brioche bunsbecause those are fantastic and becauseit’s a super wet dough I refused to makethat in anything but a KitchenAid I didit once after my KitchenAid I’m on thecounter and it was a fucking nightmarewhoo okay sir on this is to you staythirstyit’ll be one hell of a Sunday
