INGREDIENTS
Cookie mix
2 large Eggs
1 Tbsp Stevia Sweetener
1 Serving Lite and Fit Greek Yogurt Vanilla
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 Cup Oat Flour
3 Tbsp 100% Cocoa Unsweetened
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Sugar-free chocolate chips
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
Optional
2 Tbsp Walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS
Take out a large bowl and add the following ingredients: eggs, stevia, milk, apple sauce, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and chocolate protein powder.
Mix all of the ingredients will a whisk or fork.
After mixing everything together and the sugar-free chocolate chips to the bowl and mix together.
Add the chocolate mix to a baking pan and make 12 proportionate cookies.
Preheat oven to 350F and bake cookies for 12 minutes or until cooked evenly.
Remove cookies from the oven after 12 minutes and let them cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Transfer them to a meal prep container for storage.
