Today’s video is an easy vegan oatmeal cookie recipe. Flour has been rare as people are taking to baking to pass the time so we thought we’d introduce people to ways of making their own flour. We love oats, and they’re not just for porridge or oatmeal! You can make flour out of it. We use peanut butter as the fat in our cookie recipe and chocolate chips are an easy way to make and vegan cookie recipe epic! All the ingredients are interchangeable with other ingredients, for example the flax egg can be replaced with a banana or the peanut butter can be replaced with tahini or a nut or seed butter. We want to teach you independence in the kitchen and that’s why we feel the need to shamelessly plug out ultimate vegan cooking course again…. We’re doing a 55% discount in the link below.
