Pan de Coco Ingredients:
Dough:
4-1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 egg (beaten)
11 g yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2/3 cup warm water
Filling:
350 g shredded coconut
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
30 g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Additional filling: Langka (optional only)
Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
