How to Make Strawberry Bread

in this video I’m going to show you howto make strawberry bread for this recipeyou’re going to need one and a half cupsof strawberries 1 tablespoon of flouranother 2 cups of flour 1/2 a teaspoonof salt 3/4 cups of sugar 2 teaspoons ofvanilla 1/4 cup of light brown sugar ateaspoon of baking soda one cup ofbuttermilk 1 egg and 1/3 cup ofvegetable oil first thing you’re goingto do is wash off the strawberries andthen dry them[Music]you[Music]now cut off the stems of thestrawberries and then cut strawberriesinto small pieces[Music][Music]now put a tablespoon of flour with thestrawberries in this sold bag and shakeit up in one bowl combine the flourbaking soda and salt together[Music]and in another bowl combine the egg withboth of the sugars[Music]now add in your butter milk oil andvanilla[Music]you[Music]now combine both mixturesyou[Music]and next you’re going to fold in thestrawberries[Music]spur your bread pan of nonstick cookingspray and then pour your batter in coveryour bread pan with aluminum foil placeit in a pan that’s been preheated to 350degrees and bake for 30 minutes[Music]remove the foil and then cook for anadditional 20 to 30 minutes until thebread is done[Music][Music]you can test for doneness by sticking atoothpick in the center if it comes outclean it’s done remove from the oven andplace on a wire rack to cool at thispoint you can be done and have wonderfultasting bread but if you want icing staytuned for the icing you’re gonna need 1cup of powdered sugar 1/2 a teaspoon ofvanilla and starting off with 2tablespoons of milk you can add more toget to the consistency you want just mixeverything together[Music][Music]you[Music]this is a little bit too thick so I’mgonna add a little bit more milk[Music]youthe trick of it is just to add a littlebit at a time you don’t add too much andthen have to start all over you couldalways add a little bit and then add alittle bit more[Music]and this looks perfect[Music]not all that’s left to do is cover thebread with the icing[Music][Music]I hope you enjoyed this video if you tryto make this let me know what you thinkin the comments below and if you have ityet subscribe to my channel so don’tmiss out on any great recipes
