doingbaking and I’m so excited to say bye tolittle helpers here with me today if youdidn’t know I am a twin mom and theseare my twins so today we’re going to bebaking Fruity Pebbles cookies and thesecookies have marshmallows in them solike they’re gonna be extra deliciousand I’m very excited so I got them fromthis bottle of colossal cookies so we’regonna follow the recipe and make giantdelicious fruity pebble cookies so ifyou want to see how we make thesecookies and how I somehow maintain mysanity while baking with two toddlerskeep watching okay so all of theingredients that we’re gonna need forthese fruity pebble cookies areassembled right here including a littlesmall bowl for your free pebblessnacking very important okay so for thisrecipe we’re gonna need all-purposewhite flour white sugar brown sugarFruity Pebbles shortening instantpudding mix mini marshmallows egg buttersalt baking soda and vanilla yummyvanilla and so this recipe is gonna maketwo big cookies that we are going toenjoy very much so let’s get intoputting these ingredients to it okay sonow we’re gonna mix our dry ingredientsfirst by hand with a hand whisk so guysput the salt and the baking soda in thesalt baking soda thank you so I’m goingto do the pudding put the pudding mix inwhen I put the flour thank you good jobokay I’m gonna you should you stir alittle bit so we’re gonna whisk this allcombine you take coasters coastersperfect autumn your turn good thank yousleep there perfectokay now we’re going to set this asidefor a minute and get the electric mixerout okay so now we have the stand mixerout and we’re going to mix all the wetingredients so we’re gonna do butter andthen autumn gonna put the white sugar inJack put the brown sugar in I’m gonnamove this so we don’t pour it ingood job thank you perfect good job onthem shortening this one’s awesome I’mso good on and then we’re going to mixthis for two to three minutes until it’scombined once you hit the switch Oh putit on low Oh[Music][Applause]now we’re gonna crush the egg yeah thatone-handed crack though[Music][Applause]yeah all right now autumn we’re gonnatoss the vanilla in see you top of amountain we only have one vanilla I’msorry you can help me put the cerealokay pop it in good job you got a kidalright alright now we’re gonna add inthe flour mixture that we saw earlieryeah this is all the flour I’m gonna mixit on low a little bit we gotta becareful I don’t want any explosionsright I’m just getting nervous if you’veseen one of my prior baking videos youknow that I’ve had like stuff explodebefore and it is quite a mess so I’malways likenow out of the cereal I think Jack’sgonna do it you did the vanilla rightwhy don’t you put a little bit in thedeco put a little bit okay don’t put thewhole thing in Jack don’t put the wholething in okay just put like half inPorton okay okayyes we’re learning fractions there we goperfectall right now we’re gonna make this fora second we don’t want the cereal to getcrap okay so next we’re gonna take ourdough I’m gonna divide it into fourequal pieces and then we’re gonna rollthem into little balls okay thank youmommy’s gonna divide it or try sort ofcutting it sort of just by calling it alittle bit so I’m just going to try andtake it all out and then we’ll them andthen see if there are five cookies we’regoing to put a little divot into two ofthe cookies and divide the marshmallowsinto half and put them into the littlecave that we make there use our fingersto make a little yeah okay you knowwe’re gonna divide the mush close upOh what’s one Oh everyone we learnedabout one of these joke right but youcan have one I’ve gotta jump okay nowwe’re gonna take the top of the cookiestop of the other cookies and we’re goingto put them on top in a sandwich andthen squish them together so they createa seal so a marshmallow yeah cuz wedon’t want any spill it out marshmallowsI’m a right girl all right I’m soexcited for these cookies then nevermade stuffed cookie in the war so theseare not stuffed with our marshmallowssome days I did they look reallydelicious and smell good so now we’regonna take some more fruity pebbles andwe’re gonna coat the outside of thecookie is in the fruity pebbles are justgonna kind of roll the cookies[Applause]all right now that we’ve got our cookiesall covered in Fruity Pebbles we’regonna put the dough in the freezer for20 minutes and then we’re gonna bakethem alright so now that we’ve got thecookies out of freezer and they’re niceand chilled so they’re pretty stiff soyou’re supposed to bake one cookie onone cookie sheet at a time know since Ihave double ovens I’m gonna bake themboth in their own oven so I’m gonna putone on this cookie sheet one on thiscookie sheet and I’ve already preheatedthe oven to 350 degrees so we’re gonnaput each cookie in for about 22 minutesso let’s bake okay so now we have ourtwo giant cookies are all done you guyscan see the melted marshmallow on toplooks really yummy it’s you know it’spretty cool hard to smell goodlet me even got some milk here okay sonow all that’s left is to try thesecookies all right so I guess now thetaste test okay so I just cut it in halfmarshmallow oh my god well it’s so goodlook I’m gonna taste itokay how about each of you take a halfof the cookie okay you guys this cookiesfriggin delicious oh my goodness likethe marshmallow
