The best vegan waffles- easy recipe!

Good morning YouTube friends!
Today we’re talking waffles…
Delicious crispy and fluffy waffles. Chuck full of protein. And you don’t even need a waffle maker to make them!!

for this recipe you’ll need-
1.5 cups flour (any type) I like brown rice flour for flavor and texture
.25 cups vanilla protein powder
.5 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1.5 cups non dairy milk mixed with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to make a vegan buttermilk
** you may need more or less liquid depending on the flour you use.
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax with 3 tablespoons h20

whisk all ingredients until just combined. Immediatly make pancakes, throw into your waffle maker, Or! pour into waffle mold.
if using waffle mold. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees farhenheit. place pan in oven. Lower temp to 350 degrees and bake for about a half hour
