The Best Green Breakfast Waffles 🍀 – Angry Broccoli Recipes

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner and it’s time to make food green again! I decided to make my waffles with Matcha because it’s supposed to be healthy and now I won’t be shaming myself for eating so many waffles at once. Because green means healthy, right? 🥦😉

Here is the full recipe:

☘️🥞 Ingredients:

– 1 cup of flour
– 1 tbsp. of sugar
– 1 tbsp. of matcha
– 2 tsp. of baking powder
– ¼ tsp. of salt
– 1 tbsp. of egg substitute
– 1 cup of plant milk
– 1 tbsp. of oil

👩‍🍳📝 Instructions:

1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
2. Next, add milk and oil and mix it again.
3. Bake the waffles for about 2 minutes.
4. Serve it with some berries and agave.
