Hi everybody, today recipe is Nom Pom or Waffles. This recipe is crispy, chewy, and spongy. The recipe is listed below. There’s a typo in my video. Instead of 2 cups it should be 4 cups of rice flours. Sorry about that.
Ingredients:
1 bag of rice flour which equal to about 4 cups
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup palm sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon yeast (1/4 cup of warm water and sugar to activate)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds (if you could toast in advance it will be nuttier)
1 can coconut milk which equal to about 2 cups
1 cup grated coconut
