Birch Benders Blueberry Waffles
These Birch Benders Waffles are the plain version but we added Blueberries to the batter. They are keto friendly, sugar free. Enjoy!
Ingredients
2/3 cup Birch Benders Pancake Mix
1/2 cup Water
6-8 frozen Blueberries per waffle
Directions
Mix water and powder pancake mix together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into your waffle maker and add your blueberries before closing. Cook for 2-3 minutes until waffles are cooked. This mixture makes 4 waffles.
