overkill so we’re going tocoat our chicken we’re gonna make herown ah Oh coating I like to season it upput some pepper Rica first with pepperek in there and this is all just regularall-purpose flour okay I’m gonna do somewhite pepper hmm which gives it adifferent taste than black pepper gonnause a little bit of that then somegarlic powder cause you could you cansee some up your flour however you wantthis is just how I prefer to do it dosome garlic some pepper you can prettymuch whatever I put my own made rubwhich you’ll see that video during thesummertime some garlic some white peppersome cumin and if you want to use cuminyou want it you want to use a little bitof it you know it has a very strongflavor to it so we’re just gonna as goodtaste to it but a very strong flavor soyou don’t of thegravy I put my meat into the spaghettiand then I open up the ragu cam and thenI put that on the stove heat it uphitting up pour that on top ofeverything else and then let’s open thefancy but butsomething really fancy I’ll put somecheese on that and then put in a stoveand there’s some bass Vicki okay we haveour flour seasoned for our chicken nowwe’re going to make the batter for ourlawful you want to use frozen wafflethat’s off to youbut the big for authentic and roll itfrom down south we’re gonna make a freshwaffle now explain everybody and makeokay I can do this about chicken waffleshow do you eat it how they serve it andwhat’s the best way to get it and if Icome down for a hidden gems Rickonwhere’s the best place down in Georgiatogether oh oh greatI wouldn’t you with what when you combine ittogether you have the sweet and salty soI love chicken and waffles I serve ourservice sir but I like extra sauce so Ilike the honey mustard made me like aDijon sometimes to add on to my chickennow normally you would just dip it inthere I mean sometimes you can somepeople can pour the honey mustard on thechicken but mostly and just keep that tothe side and used to serve on both andthen just at your guys so we make surethat they drizzle long sharp on it theydon’t use the drizzle so it served thewaffle on the bottom the chicken asubpoena after your chicken strips oryou have chicken breast but not on theteam you’re not gonna have a followingyour chicken so it’s gonna be a bonelesschicken that you have on the top andthere’s your boat yes you have anotherwe’re going to use and that’s why we’regonna use ityeah that’s not it all the measurementsare below so we got our milk vegetableoil you want to put to wait okay let yougo ahead and crack those you’re good yougot it tomake a homemade fryer grab yourself somekind of thermometer stick it in turn onthe heat and try to hover it around thetemperature so you want it you want tocook your chicken at 350 first some ofour chicken in here it’s not gonnasplash it no nicely nice this is amazingframe okay so now I see another thingthat I did wrong because I never use athermometer when I was cooking thechicken I kind of like try to eyeballthe chickens just a bad thing it’s not agolden brown it’s getting there so we’rejust gonna let it cook for anotherminute Frank I think it’s done is goldenbrown I think you’re right little turkeyjust on the backstroke good so that’sthe cord you kinda wanna guys take alook at that take it out of your fryerwell let me stand backput it also paper towels little thatgrease drip down pick a paper towel justblot it get all that grease out okay andthen once it’s out you just hit it withsome salt now Frank this grease lookstoo good to waste I know you’re gonnalike say that grease cuz in the south wewere psychic grease you know that comeon I’ll follow it up you can take ithome with you now the chicken is donewe’re gonna make the waffles hang tightguysmy mouth is watering I can’t wait yesour chicken is done our batter is donewe got our sauce is ready one more stepwe gotta make the watch hmm my favoritepart the waffles okay frame I think whatyou mean about the consistency is nottoo watery not too stiff it’s perfectjust in case you put too much I alwayshave a uh some water bottom piecealuminum foil this way makes cleanupjust a little butter you see that mm-hmmmakes cleanup a little easy closer downokay so you only put it in the middle soyou don’t spread it out just works outthis exact okay got it got it okay Frankso this is clicking with freaky meatballbut I have to put my little woman’stouch here so my fancy your fancy butsee I like to add a perimeter of Surbecause you would disturb his soap intothe waffle for the bottom so then whenyou’re cutting from the top you
