Took my classic taco pie and made it with a couple meat alternatives to see how they reallllly taste.
Taco Pie
1/2 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 pepper chopped
fat free refried beans
salsa
cheese (points depend on type and how much you use)
fat free Greek yogurt
3 ole wellness wraps
saute onion and peppers, add meat and brown. Add refried beans and 1/4 cup salsa to mix, cook until beans are warm through.
layer wrap, meat mixture, cheese, and Greek yogurt. repeat. Top last wrap with salsa and cheese.
cook at 350° for 10 minutes.
My beef pie was 5 points for 1/6th of the pie.
