Torta di Ricotta e Mele
Ricotta Apple Pie
Ingredients for Ricotta Apple Pie for a 22cm/9-inch baking tin:
– 250 g or 2 Cups Flour
– 250 g or 1 Cup Ricotta
– 150 g or 3/4 Cup Sugar
– Half Packet of Baking Powder
– 50 ml or 1/5 Cup Milk
– 2 Apples
– 2 Eggs
(you can add a pinch of salt and some vanilla extract to the mix, not seen in video)
Pre-Heat Oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
