This no-bake strawberry chocolate pie recipe is so delicious it has an oreo chocolate crust, fresh strawberries, and a silky chocolate filling. I just had to try out this recipe! I hope you guys enjoy it!
Ingredients:
Crust
25 Oreo cookies
1/3 cup butter, diced
Ganache
4 oz baking chocolate, roughly chopped
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups to 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
Filling
1 tablespoon butter
3 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, roughly chopped
8 oz cream cheese, diced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup Imperial Sugar powder sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 oz grated chocolate

hey guys and welcome back to my channellearn to bake with me so today we’d bemaking an opaque strawberry chocolatepie just super choice just has wholestrawberries in there and the bottomswhen you slice it slice up thestrawberry and you see it in the yourpie right there it’s a slice ofstrawberries when you slice into it itlooks awesome and it’s super deliciousand easy to pick are easy to make youdon’t even have to bake it becausethere’s no big hi so let’s go ahead andget started we are going to put 25 Oreocookies and 1/3 cup of butter diced upinto our food processor until it’s infinal crown news or eye crust so goahead and add your Oreos to your foodprocessor[Music]1/3 cup butter[Music][Music]Oh rightly I’ve got our crust all mixedup hereI don’t Oreos and butter we’re usingthis right breast I’ll go ahead and graba springform pan there’s something likethe removable bottom to you but yourcrust on there we go all right are youso chopped up here with our butter goahead and push down into your springformpan[Music]right the chocolate feeling we’re gonnado a kind of double boiler here systemto melt our chocolate and to make ourchocolate feeling so the heading getsome water boiling on the bottom saucepan and we are going to cook ourchocolate all right so I’m gonna putjust bowl over your saucepan here I’mgonna add my chocolate three ounces ofchopped chocolate and then one atablespoon a nut butter melt all over adouble boiler here a spoon okay you’restirring stirring your chocolate andbutter occasionally until it is allmelted and then you’ll add in all rightdice cream cheese and stir that andTelly cheese melts and blends with thechocolateright hot chocolate and butters allmelted so here commit that in orangeiced cream cheese the thing is you knowwe’re gonna let that melt[Music]and country’s in here just continue tostir this occasionally and let that meltyou blends with the chocolate anduniform a silky mixture and then they’llremove it from heat from the heat nowthat we got our cream cheese andchocolate all mixed in togetherit’s is food and silky texture remove itfrom heat and we’re gonna add and twotablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juiceI’m gonna stir that in quickly aspossible when you add our powdered sugarI am lemon juice mixed in we’re gonnaadd a half a cup of powdered sugarI’m excited powdered sugars all mixed ingo ahead and call this in the fridge for20 to 30 minutes and we’ll make ourganache oh wow that is Cle and now we’regonna make her and ganacheyeah we were gonna put our chocolate andheavy cream into a double or a doubleboiler system here I mean four ounces ofbaking chocolate bar bowl over into somechocolate[Music][Music]our 1/3 cup of heavy cream[Music]mix this together and let it meltstirring it to mix everything togethertill it’s all completely melted I’ve gotto earn our share just all melted haveit and take it off the heat and we aregonna pour over our Oreo crust andarrange some strawberries on the bottomthere right so we’re gonna pour a finishfor our Oreo crust and we are going toarrange strawberries on the bottom aswell[Music]and spin it around so coverscome here now I’m going to addstrawberries I washed them and cut offthe tops it’s gonna rangestrawberries on the bottom[Music]go ahead and put it back in therefrigerator finish chocolate fillingyou’re going to finish up by rocklerfilling here yeah you need is 1 cup ofheavy cream and hand mixer or a standmixer doesn’t matter which one we arejust gonna whip our heavy cream untilfirm peaks formyoumy god I would have a clean year I’mwith dr.
