I know today can be stressful for a lot of people… Especially when dinner’s in a few hours & you forgot to make the dessert you’re supposed to bring! NO STRESS, BOO! I got your back. Here’s a super quick, simple, & yummy low carb, no-bake pumpkin cream pie recipe I whipped up for Thanksgiving!

At the beginning of this month I embarked on a new health journey. Growing up, nutrition was never really on my radar & over time this caused me to have a pretty unhealthy (no pun intended) relationship with food! Plus, with a history of heart attacks on my dad’s side of the family, I realized that it was time to take my health seriously. I know, I know… I’m crazy for starting to try to get healthy right at the beginning of the holidays right? Wroooong! 🙂 The plan I’m currently on is amazing because it’s teaching me that you don’t have to give up eating & yummy foods to live a healthier lifestyle! THANKFULLLL. So, here’s a recipe that’s be delicious ANNND healthier than a traditional pumpkin cream pie!
