Try this not so complicated no bake yogurt cheesecake yummy recipe.
Crust:
Few biscuits (your choice) ( i used 6 small pcs)
4 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp gelatin powder
Filling:
100 g cream cheese
100 g all purpose cream (or whip cream)
50 g yogurt (i used greek)
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Enjoy your homemade no bake yogurt cheesecake!
