Seriously this is perfect when you love chocolate chip cookies and pies because you get the best of both worlds! This pie taste like a chocolate chip cookie, it’s soft, chocolaty, chewy and irresistible and the pie crust gives it another layer of flavor and a different spin on this dessert. This dessert is pretty easy and basic to make. However, if you make it, you MUST top it with your favorite brand of vanilla ice cream.

🔴Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
2 large eggs
½ cup (50 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (96 g) sugar
½ cup (100 g) packed brown sugar
¾ cup (1 1/2 sticks) (172 g) butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup (6 oz.) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Vanilla Ice cream (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 C). Add pie crust to baking dish. Add eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat on high speed until foamy. Add in flour, sugar and brown sugar and combine. Beat in room temperature butter and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Add batter to prepared pie crust. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream. Enjoy!
