INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH

3 Cups all purpose flour
300g Margarine (butter)
30g sugar
Half teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg to mix the dough
1 egg for glazing and sealing the meat pie
Milk or water to mix

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
500g Minced meat
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
Carrots
Irish potatoes
Vegetable oil
Stock powder (maggi)
Thyme
Nutmeg powder
Curry powder

You can use any season of your choice.
