How I bake my apple pie : simple and delicious
For the pie filling :
Mix 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 beaten egg, half teaspoon salt, 500g apples (according to taste) in 1 bowl, until apples are well coated.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes then add to pie dough
*best served with ice cream
