I make my crusts from scratch so i tend to make a pie for about 1-3 hrs obviously with rest time and bake time included so its a pretty quick pie. its airy fluffy, pumpkin n spices mmm the crust came out perfect tooo!! Yay!
2 2/3 cup flour
pinch or two of salt
3-4- tbsp sugar
1 stick butter (ICE COLD)
1/2 cup ICE WATER
(You can add vanilla if youd like i did not)
(i blind baked so basically its prebaking the crust before the final cook. while you make the filling pop ur raw pie crust in to bake at 345F for roughly 10-15 minutes, let rest until pie filling is done!)

final bake at 350F for 36 minutes….
Spin the pie and lower to 325F and leave to bake for another 25 minutes, add egg wash to the edges to golden.

1 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1tbsp cinnamon
1tbsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of ginger
1 cup Almond milk
1/2 evaporated milk
3/4 cup sugar (if you want you can use brown!)
pinch of salt
2 large white eggs
!TEMPTER your mixture before adding all together as idid in the video. no scrambled eggs just warm temps.! im loving this heavenly angel light vibe btw lolll.

1/2 water
salt
pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
non stick spray
