I love the flavors of coffee and chocolate together and this is so delicious. You can eat it warm for the total gooey factor with some vanilla icecream or let it cool to room temperature for more texture. Either way, it will be your new go to pie!
Ingredients:
1 9in unbaked frozen pie shell
1/2 cup melted butter
1 c granulated sugar
1/2 c all purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c espresso or regular chocolate chips
1 c pecans or cashews
Bake at 350 45 min. If crust is browning too quickly after 30 min..cover with foil and continue to bake another 15 min.
