Cheese and dill pies in puff pastry

makes about 60 pies
Recipe:
225g/8oz feta cheese
225g/8oz mozzarella cheese, grated
35g fresh dill, finely chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
salt
ground black pepper
680g puff pastry dough ready made/ homemade ( I am using my homemade puff pastry )

for the egg wash:
2 egg yolks + 2 tsp milk

Note:
I gather out the pastry trimmings, re-roll and cut out further rounds.
bake for about 20 min in preheated oven to 200C/400F
