Welcome to Marzipan Cooking everyone and today we are going to make Beef and Courgette Pie with yoghurt based crust. This fantastic recipe tastes absolutely divine! And perfect for lunch or dinner. Very easy to put together you can make delicious lunch or dinner in under an hour. Its light and won’t feel heavy with perfect yoghurt based pie batter.
For vegetarians meat can be easily substituted with mushrooms in this recipe and tasted as delicious.
Ingredients:
yoghurt 200g
flour 150g
baking powder 1tsp
salt 0.5tsp
eggs 3
beef mince 400g
courgette 1
onion 1
parsley/ coriander 1 bunch
Bake for 35 min at 180c.
Spanish:
yogur 200g
harina 150g
polvo de hornear 1 cucharadita
sal 0.5tsp
huevos 3
carne picada 400g
calabacín 1
cebolla 1
perejil / cilantro 1 manojo
hornear durante 35 minutos a 180c
