This banoffee pie recipe does not entail baking, nor does it have eggs, or dulce de leche. Basically I decided to make with chocolate mousse and it’s the best banoffee pie ever made 🤷🏼♂️
To make it just crush graham crackers and add butter to make fruit. You can also add sugar if you want it sweeter. For the filling just melt 1/4 cup chocolate and whisk 1 cup all purpose flour. Combine them to make a mousse, then coat banana slices before adding onto pie tins. Then whisk heavy cream and add on top, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Let chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
