I have lot of Quinoa at home, trying to make lot of dishes with it. This is one of them. Quinoa and Oats Pancake, Delicious and healthy! This doesn’t contain All purpose flour or sugar.

Ingredients:-
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Quinoa
1.0 Banana
1.0 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1.0 Tsp Baking Powder
A Pinch of Salt
Some Oil to drizzle
Some Maple syrup/ Pancake Syrup
Steps Involved:-
1) Grind Quinoa and Oats
2) Pour the mixture in a bowl
3) Add Baking Powder and Mix
4) Blend Milk, Banana, Vanilla Essence, Salt
5) Pour this mixture in Quinoa-Oats bowl
6) Mix everything
7) Heat a pan
8) When pan is hot, drizzle some oil
9) Tilt pan so that oil spreads
10) Pour batter on pan
11) Cover it and cook it for 2.5-3 min on Low-Medium mode stove
12) Flip it and cook other side too
13) Pancake is ready
14) Drizzle some Maple Syrup or Pancake syrup on top
