Ingredients
•1Cup rolled oats
• 2/3Cup milk
• 1/2 ripe banana
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp pure maple syrup
• Dash of sea salt
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Butter or coconut old( to fry)
