These easy to make high protein pancakes are a great way to start the day off with, a few simple ingredients makes a great breakfast or snack.
You will need:
130g porridge oates, ground finely
130g low fat yoghurt
3 eggs
2 table spoons of melted coconut oil or butter
1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey
1 scoop of protein, any flavour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
blitz these together and cook
