Today Ruby and Lilly are making pancake! We decided to try making a home made recipe and a packet mix and see which one we like best.
Home made recipe we used:
Ingredients:
1 cup of self raising flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 egg
1 cup of milk
Method:
Mix flour, egg and sugar in a bowl, slowly add milk til everything is mixed into a smooth lump free batter.
Add small portions to a pan (depending on the size of the pancake you would like) when bubbles start to pop the pancake is ready to flip. Cook other side until golden.
Then they are ready to eat!
