2 cups (260 g) all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder (13 g)
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar (25 g)
1 large egg
1 Tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil (or 2 Tbsp melted butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (354 ml) buttermilk (or whole milk)
