Treat Dad to a super-special breakfast this Father’s Day. His very own ‘Dad-cakes’!
Ingredients:
1 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of white sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
pinch of salt
3/4 cups of milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl
Mix well before placing into an empty sauce/squeeze bottle
Lightly oil and heat a frying pan
use squeeze bottle to create the outline of your pancake shape then fill it in.
Once pancakes start to bubble, flip them over and cook for another 30-60 seconds
Serve with your choice of berries/ice cream/golden syrup
