Ingredients:
Egg: 2
Oil: 1 tbsp
All purpose flour: 1/2 cup
Milk:
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Vanila essence: 1/4 tsp
Salt: pinch
Sugar: 4 tsp
Recipe:
Take 2 eggs and seperate the egg yolks from white and place them in different bowls. Now add 3 tbsp of milk in egg yolks. After that add 2 tbsp of sugar, pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp of vanila essence and 1 tbsp of oil and mix them well. After mixing them add 1/2 cup of all purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder. Mix them well and keep a side.
Now beat the egg white until the stiff peaks formed. Add 2 tbsp of sugar during beating the egg white. Now add egg white into other mixture in small portions. Don’t add egg white at once.
Now take a pan and pour 2 to 3 drops of oil and grease the whole pan. Now pour the mixture into the pan in circular shape and cover it for 2-3 minutes at medium low flame. After 2 minutes flip the side of pancake and cover it for other 2-3 minutes. After that both sides will be cooked and your hot, yummy panckaes are ready to serve.
