INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
30Gr Sugar
1 Teaspoon Honey
110Gr Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
50ml Milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Mix well your eggs with sugar and honey
2- Add the flour and the baking powder
3- Whisk well your Mixture
4- Add the Milk
5- Let your mixture chill for 30 minutes
6- Cook until surface of pancakes have some bubbles.Flip carefully with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
7- Serve immediately with some melted milk chocolate or honey
