over five years now sowelcome to the five year out ofbursaries of how to make perfect proteinpancakes in honor of the original videoI’m gonna link it down below in thedescription box and you can all laughson how I haven’t changed at all in thelast five years and my jokes are stillterrible I’ve got a nicer kitchen airthough and I’m no longer living inshared accommodation where my camera andlaptop will get stolen out of my room sothat’s nice anyways let’s all say aprayer that this goes viral and get intothe video what’s going on guys welcometo today’s video as it is the five yearanniversary of my protein pancake recipeI’m gonna release this just beforePancake Tuesday and also what I want youto do is okay after you recreate thisrecipe I want you to take a picture ofyour perfect protein knockme out Rob lip said and let me see whatyou got guys it’s time to get into thevideo give it a thumbs up and let’s gothrough it alright so ingredients if Iwas to make it shark okay if it’s aprotein pancake chart here is one hereis ten one is being ultra high proteinlow calorie vegan gluten-free but tasteslike you’re putting a CD in your mouthhere is ten delicious pancakes that Ican have no protein in the matter thetype of pancakes that normal sane peopleeat we want to be somewhere in themiddle okay so to make it as simple aspossible I’ve split the ingredients intotwo sections okay here is the coreingredients this is what you actuallyneed to make protein pancakes and hereis the usual kind of vanilla pancakesmost you will use and then over herewe’re going to switch ingredients alittle bit and we’re also gonna makechocolate pancakes too so we’re swappingcereal cinnamon milk weight milkchocolate I’m also adding a bit of cacaoto that as well it makes it reallychocolatey so that is the coreingredients just to run through it againwe got some vanilla extract or flavordrops or whatever you want to call it wegot the egg whites we got the nonfatGreek yogurtwe got the pancake mix you can usewhatever oil you want I’m using coconutoil here and then we got the protein theprotein I use is of course ghostlifestyle it is the random spawnsurvived I’ve been with them for abouttwo years now to the funpart okay this is a bold part right andthis is the toppings this will obviouslyplay a huge factor on the macros andnutritional value off the pancakes andas you guys know I’m on prep right nowI’m dieting down so I’m gonna go easybut we got a full house here what’s upeverybodythe design is like two people here andso I’m gonna let everyone else do theirown toppings but I’m gonna play it safeand steak mainly two blueberriesstrawberries and a little bit of peanutbutter we also do have chocolate chipshere I’m gonna try incorporate them alittle bit and I’ve also got some maplesyrup here if you want you can usesugar-free syrup it’s obviously not asgood but it will bring that into carbcontent a good bit then we got darkchocolate bananas strawberries so thatis everything I’m gonna get stuck in wegot two piles here that’s how seriouswe’re going we’re jewel wielding so yeahlet’s make some perfect protein cakesboom so either doing this we’re justgonna be having a bit of a shot andtalking about something I know a commonquestion I get is Robert cutting whatcan you eat on prep what can I eat whenI’m cutting down and the answer is artis anything you want as long as youtrack it and account for it even if youdon’t track and account for it you caneat on –then you on foot if you go overyour calories and you go have yourdeficit you’re not gonna lose any bodyfat so seeing as we’reprep I am God and cutting the zone on ina routine of trucking everything this ismy first meal of the day so I’m gonnaaim to have these out of my 600 caloriesand usually have three large meals a dayabout 600 calories and then I’ll hit therest of my macros with like shakes orprotein bar snacks so as I said earlieron when our protein pancake age one isgonna be lower calories and more macrofriendly 10:00 is gonna taste better soagain you know depending on where youare with your diet and your prepwhatever it is and you’re gonna want touse that gauge and use more ingredientslike egg whites and protein unless it’sa pancake mix and less toppings but yeahI’m gonna put the ingredients and theamounts I used in the description boxbut please keep in mind you can changethese up to your preference 45 gramsboom gonna go for about I’d say ahundred grams of this a hundred grams is330 calories there are 50 grams so farwe’re going 450 grams up each so that’sgonna give us a nice carb to proteinratio what you want to do is put in onebig tablespoon of this you can also usethis as a topping Greek yogurt is verynice but I find when you put it in themix it gives a much better consistencyand kind of holds everything together soit’s gonna come to 64 63 grams rightthere next so we’ve got some bicarbonateof soda it’s got pancakes on the coverso that’s how I knew it was the rightone you just want to put a tiny bit ofthis in like Ozzie the smallest amountthey put too much in the whole thing isrooms I’ve seen more pancakes get ruinedby this stuff than may batter so use atyour own riskalright next up we are putting in 50grams of egg whites and now how muchliquid this kind of cancers a liquid howmuch a liquid you put in is gonnadetermine the consistency if you put intoo much egg whites it’s also gonna bevery hard and it just turns into anomelet with protein powder when youthink about it so then that means we’regoing to end a sliding scale on thenumber the number one protein pancakechart we don’t wanna be there so whatwe’re gonna do isyou can put in water or you can put insome milk personally out for milk almondmilk also works too if you’re bitlactose intolerant but I’m gonna go forthis protein milk right here so we’regonna put in about 50 mils of this andthen if this recipe it can come to likechange as you go if it’s too runnyprints more protein powder some morepancake mix it’s too sticky and too kindof tough to pasty just put in some moremilk so it’s it’s a chilled recipe likeyou know we’re chilling here it’s themorning we’re making protein pancakeslife is good huh right I do not have awhisk cuz I haven’t made it yet you knowwe’re still getting there were still onthis journey so I’m gonna use a povertyFork let’s see did I make a goodconsistency yes yes I did oh yeah thisis gonna be perfect we’ve nailed it doesthe first go as well like there’s nopractice shots today oh also right bigone okayLottie or I’m saying Robin the originalrecipe you in a blender unifiedprocessor what’s happened are you okaylike is everything all right near like Iactually got a better blender now theFlex I got a better blender now but Inoticed when you actually blend it up alot of it just sticks to the blade andif you pour it out it’s all just kind oflike stuck on the side so you loseprecious protein pancake and it alsothrow off the macros a nutrition littlebit so I actually find it’s better tojust use a bowl and whisk it yourselfand use one of these bad boys togetherso now we got a really good consistencythere and that was a perfect amount ofeach and we’re gonna put in a little bitof extra just so bad Dom oh coolthat’s that’s not consistency you wantthat’s perfectfire it off Preedy to pilot a little bitsee known if it’s stuck to the addressthat’s what you want so now low healthheat because that’s gonna make atrade and cook properly I often getimpatient with my pancakes and put it onthe highest heat and Linda absolutelykills me for a few sprays of this I likecoconut oiland it’s just gonna better for cookingbut you can use whatever oil you wantnow you decide how big you want yourpancakes to be also for the first onewe’re gonna go to the crazier we aregonna put in chocolate chips into themix we’re gonna weigh it out we’re justgonna put in 10 grams of this okay oh mygod come on yeah nailed it some littlethings in lifeobviously whose not many calories nutsjust hand grams it’s not gonna ruin yourdiet it’s not gonna ruin my prep andit’s all gonna like melt when we’recoconut this is gonna be in the sameokay my trouthe nervous come on pleaseGod pleaselet’s play some back play let’s pay prayto the pancake Lords please please notall of it just want to make two or treeoh yeah okay the consistencies buying onyeah it’s a good one I can feel itlook at the hot oh my god goddamn way oftelling when to flip is if the pancakesets can look air holes above it and soonce it gets a good few air holes Ithink that’s what the cold arrows butonce you see a lot of bubbles puffenough then it’s good to play and youcan be like you’re gonna be like apancake 2ejyou know I’m like varying the heat likeyou know thank you doing all this and itcontinues it I’m a pancake deejaycome on oh my god perfect so we got thenice brown bit of gold going on oh mygod that is just absolutely perfectthe key is where you just keep an eye onit like there’s no there’s no set timelook at that a little bit of meltedshock Oh key having two pounds is evenhow about staying warm there and we’regonna go to town on these and we’regonna make a first stockplease go on like the video just like toshow some support I’m just like actuallyappreciate that behind me like seriouslyit’s better than Joey Dee’s and broadenartists shots fired shots fireddon’t kill me lots we all need to havelike a big pancake off like a big collabthis evening in a place beyond okay wasI just a one-hit wonderher little bit of spillage there but andflip it again and we’ll recover WowI’m reading them these was gonna be abig one all right we’re gonna give thatsome time let it cook and then we’ll seeif we can go three for threeokay this is a big moment yes perfectall right so I’m gonna put these all outon a plate put a little bit of toppingson them even though they’re pretty goodto eat as they are and then I’ll put themacros on the screen for these exacttime casethe biggest one at the bottom Wowoh that is so good and last but notleast oh my gosh my protein pancake gamehas evolved over the last five yearsthat looks gourmet you would get that ina restaurant all right so this recipenumber one I’m gonna put the macros offjust the pancakes over here and thenwith the toppings the macros of thepancakes and everything on them overhere so again you’re depending on howmuch calories you got to play aroundwith you can go and bury the toppingshow you like it but yeah this isunbelievable so we’re gonna eat this nowand then we’ll go on to chocolate oncethe chocolate chips were a greataddition but not and we’re gonna get alittle bit less here it’s for strong onitbut Wow I guarantee you that recipe ittastes good if you don’t think thattastes good when you cook it you’re gonein the head 10 out of 10 restaurantsaturd if the restaurant was in a gymall right so next up we’re gonna go onto the chocolate pancakes it’s gonna bethe same ingredients and measurements asthe last one but this time we’re doingsome swaps here and you have probablyadded some different toppings in it tooso yeah I’m pretty excited for this I’vemade this recipe today just so let’s doit and by the way yes use the same bowlike you don’t wash it out like you’remaking the same thing again like if Ithink you want a bit of vanilla poundcake flavors there so for the germ nerdscome at me you should wash the bowl no Ishouldn’t havewash your hands though also if you callthe Pancake TuesdayShrove Tuesday you need to have a longhard look in the mirrorShrove sounds like some type ofunderwater cave it Spanky Tuesday and soon this one I’m gonna have probablyblueberries bananas and a square of darkchocolate a little bit of maple syrupokay first clear let’s go okay prettycompetent man yepI’m in the zone I’m in a state of flowI’m in a state of behind cake flow ohthe white chocolate mousse hang out on abelievable put that down there and maketwo more so see you in a bit when it’sdonelet’s put this in the waiting room allright so this one’s gonna go in thebottom this one’s gonna go on the middleand then this on the top and I’mthinking blueberries and dark chocolatebecause we haven’t used them yeahand I’ll show you this epic trick okayyou just have to wait and see what youdo is you got your Grail on okay youtake a square a dark chocolate againthat’s very easy to track dark chocolateis delicious and what you do is you putthis under the grilloh it’s too high pancakes are too highor too stock you do is you put thatunder the grill for about 30 seconds thesquared dark chocolate melts all over itand it’s just like a small square butwhen you melt it it kind of goes offfurther and it cope is a whole pancakein dark chocolate makes things way moreflavorsome so yeah show you the finishedproduct in a minute I just look at thisso look alive so perhaps mm all right sothat’s delicious that’s too fewblueberries just just a handful just dothese around the edges here decorate theplate a little bit and then we’re justputting small measuring this on topthat’s about 15 gramsall right people so that’s the end ofthe video I’m safe say these came outabsolutely perfect I’m certainly videothumbs up and I hope you enjoyed it andI’m gonna eat these now and again morecooking videos to come you want me toattempt any other recipes you just letme know
