These pancakes are prefect for breakfast, lunch or dinner and there are so fully.
Method
In a large bowl, mix 4- 5 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 2 teaspoon vanilla/ almond extract, 1/2 cup sprinkles and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Make a well in the center, and pour in 1/4 cup milk or water, 2 eggs.
Mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly buttered frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the frying pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Add syrup when pancakes are done and ready.
Finishing when sprinkles on top.
