How to make Banana Oats Pancakes – Recipe
Ms. Haritima shows you how to make easy, fast and delicious fluffy pancakes which are not only tasty but healthy too.

Ingredients
Oat Flour – 1.5 Cups
Eggs -2
Bananas – 2
Milk – 1 cup
Honey
Olive oil
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence
Salt

Method :
1. Peel 2 bananas, cut them into 4-5 pieces and add to the mixing Jar.
2. Add 2 eggs to the Jar.
3. Add pinch of salt, 1 tsp of baking powder and 1 tsp of cinnamon powder.
4. Add some milk and a tsp of vanilla essence.
5. Mix these ingredients in a blender.
6. Take Oat flour to the mixing bowl and add this mixture bit by bit till you get the desired consistency.
7. Take a pan and add olive oil to it.
8. Add some mixture and let it cook for a minute. Flip the pancake on the other side and cook until it is done.
9. Repeat with the complete mixture. You will be able to make 5-6 medium sized pancake.
10. Garnish with honey, fruits and nuts and serve hot.
