These pancakes are so fluffy and delicious and very easy to make!
Recipe:
1 cup flour
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Add all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt)
2. Mix the wet ingredients (milk, apple cider vinegar)
3. Mix dry and wet ingredients together
4. Leave the dough to rest for 5-10 minutes
Cook on medium-hot pan
Turn them over when bubbles appear
