PANCAKE INGREDIANTS :

Egg – 1
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Milk – 3/4 cup
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Baking power – 3/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil OR Butter – 2 tbsp

PREPARATION :

– Put a whole egg in a bowl together with the sugar and beat them with a fork or whisk until the sugar dissolves
– you can add milk and continue to whisk the dough then once milk and mix with the mixture add flour together with baking soda and salt to taste.
– once The dough is mixed well without forming lumps Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter or cooking oil sunflower oil with another type of oil and mix well.
– Once the dough is ready, it will be aside for about fifteen minutes.

PROCESS :

– heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat when it is hot, cook a ladle of pancake dough.
– cook for about 3-4 minutes until you see that bubbles are forming above then turn the pancakes and cook the other part another 3-4 minutes.
– remove the pancakes made in the pan at this point you can indulge you can sammam nutella custard jam maple syrup anything comes to mind even with fresh fruit and whipped cream. it is a soft and very light dessert, an excellent substitute for breakfast.
