oh yes welcome to my channel my name isBenoit Cherie today I’m going to showyou how to make some blueberry pancakeswell sit back relax grab a chair andI’ll be right backpeace[Music]okay brothers and sisters welcome backnow let’s get this show on the road getyourself your bowl got your ball readynow you’re gonna add your pancake mixinside that bowl put an equal amount ofpancake mix okay cuz you don’t know someheavy hitters are gonna come through forbreakfast and you got you gotta getyourself ready you know what I’m sayinyou gotta get yourself ready because youwanna have a equal amount for everybodyget your bowl ready get your pancake mixready now you’re gonna add your nutmegadd your nutmeg to the to the to thepowder to the pancake powder sorry nowafter you finish you’re gonna add alittle bit of cinnamon not that muchokay everything is a teaspoon from herenot that much you want to go you knowjust a little bit not that much okay youwant to just equal out the taste okaynow once you finish with adding yourcinnamon can add your salt so you gotyour nutmeg and takes your cinnamon notyour salt a little bit of salt not thatmuch again you want to equal out thetaste okay just take your time with thisand I’m guarantee you at the end you’regonna say thank you very much but walkyou know this is really good now thismight come as a shock to you as you cansee what I’m adding here I’m addingolive oil olive oil will give thepancake extra fluffiness and of courseany mix that you’re doing okay gonna addyour okay your egg is gonna give it thatquality taste okay kind of eatingeverything up crack itlet’s get rolling okay after that you’regonna add it’s up to you if you want toadd some water if you want to add somemilk but I go for water okay now watermakes it a little bit watery but itmixes up the the taste it mixes up thetaste make it mixes up all theingredients now take your arm your youryour your your beater okay let’s goaround just go now go around with it goaround mix it mix all the ingredientwhat you try to do is to try to getpeanut butter consistency peanut butterconsistency not just whip it whip it nowif it comes a little like thick add alittle bit of water to it to it you wantbut make sure you get that peanut butterconsistencyokay brothers and sisters nowafter that keep whipping it until youget that consistency okay now what dothe next thing you’re gonna add is yourblueberries now I traveled and went to alot of hotels and sometimes I realizethe hotels might have like a blueberrypancake or blueberry waffles and some ofthem sometimes give you like two orthree blueberries but hey me I’m gonnagive you all the blueberries in theworld because what it is is like it’s ablueberry pancake right and you try toget like maybe like five six blueberriesinside the pancake all right you knowone pancake not just two blueberriesthree blueberries in the pancake doesthat it doesn’t it doesn’t mix it at allbut anyway here we go we whipping it upwhipping it whip it whip it stir it upstir it up make sure you get thatconsistency now if you don’t feelcomfortable with the amount ofblueberries inside the arm the mix addsome more go ahead don’t be afraid andadd it add some more but you don’t wantto gonow you don’t want to get you know likewe’re not making up a muffin or anythinglike this we’re making a blueberrypancake okay now after you finish here’sthe most important thing you want to getyour pan ready okay now my pan isalready ready okay as I’m talking as I’mmixing everything is ready okay now Ihave like I’m going to be working with aflat pan which they call it brittleokay now both of my eyes are on okay Ihave both eyes on on on this under thispan now light fire not that much fireyou want to just have a little bit offire you don’t want to have too muchbecause you don’t want to burn the panas you can see here I’m adding some oilcooking spray on the pan because I don’treally want the pancakes to be stickingonto the panso I’m greasing it up make sure thatit’s perfectly pre stuff so when I getready to flip those suckers I don’t haveto worry about you know trying to takethem off it’s automatically here as youcan see it’s automatically greased andspray properly nowtake notes ladies gentlemen as as I’mabout to add the blueberry pancake mixonto the pan now he would – what youwanna do here okay you want to beconsistent okay now you don’t want toput too much on the pan because you wantto have like like I’m saying I’m using aflat pan or griddle and you want to haveequal amount of pancakes so that you beable to flip okay without causingsplatter all over the place okay I knowthat believe me I’ve been makingpancakes for a while and I know thatthat can happen unless if you’re gonnatake for example a frying pan and you’rejust gonna what you’re gonna do is gonnayou you’re gonna fry the pancakes one ata timebut listen you don’t have time you knowlike I’m saying you have in heavyhitters coming through and you know likeHungry Jack’s and these guys hey listenbig there were the pancakes you’re onI’m saying like me for example if I’mrushing in the morning I want mypancakesI wanna necessarily do it one pancake ata time inside of a frying pan so if youhave a griddle if you get access to agirdle you want to put like as you cansee here I put fiveon my own on that flat pan five exactlyfive now as you can see I’m separatingthem because they they have a tendency atendency of sticking when you do whenusing a flat pan for the pancake nowwhat you’re gonna do is you’re gonnaseparate them as you can see I’m doing alight fan because I the science behindthis when you make it pancakes with youwhen you found them a little bit big alittle bit quicker and the way you cantell when they when they when theycooking is like you see the the bubblesyou see like these holes popping out ofout of nowhere that’s what you know thisthing is getting ready now flipping takesome moat sweaters and sisters when youflip these pancakes you want to makesure you get the spatula underneath itflip it okay all the way CSBC look flipit all the way make sure that splash isgoing right underneath under there andyou’re flipping it go cross see now youdon’t want to interfere with the otherpancakes that are cooking like I saidyou want you don’t want splattereverywhere see the science is get thatspatula deepdo it right under the belly and thenflip it here right here now you don’thave anything to worry aboutyou know your pancakes on the roll okayas you can see I had added some cinnamonon top of them okay but right now thesepancakes are good you know you have toworry about anything there’s no splatteraround you know you don’t have to likehave like a mess so light later on youwant to be doing some you know you knowcleaning but everything is okay now Ihad my as you can see I had my my suchas fatties and the the way you can tellyour sausage patties is done is bothsides have to be done now hear the soundthis is a I like my eggs as you can seeI like my eggs sunny-side up and that’sthe sound that it makesthat’s the sound that it that it makeswhen that when that egg hits that fryingpan again I have to grease my pan rightbeforehand and making sure thateverything is ready like I said I likemy eggs over the ER sunny-side uplike bird on the arm on the edges nowbrothers and sisters I’m getting readyto do my all my syrup now I do my syrupdifferently I know there’s somediabetics that are out there but I’m I’musing a light syrup oh because becauseif you’re diabetic and you and you’rewatching this you say oh my goodnessthis guy’s using a lot of sugar here butit’s it’s not I got the foots goingI got the blueberry I got the strawberryI got my cinnamon stick my star aniseyou know this is into the mix this is mysecret recipe that I’m actually lettingthe world know but let’s keep it asecretall right anyway the secret is out theback but anyway here I kind of learnedhow to prepare a good syrup while makingmy pancakes from just going through sometrial and error and and the first timethat I ate pancakes I ate it with I hadsome syrup I was already too excitedabout the syrup because it was too blackyou know I wanted spice um after readingand doing some research I realized youcan add some fruits to the syrup you canadd whatever you want to add I just inthis case it’s blueberry pancakes thatI’m making and I my next film fruit isstrawberries so I add some strawberriesinto the mix I add some cinnamon stickinto the mix and or star anise a littlebit of that throw it in there make sureit’s it’s cooked properly now what I didisI cut these strawberries as you can seeI cut these strawberries on the daybefore I put them inside that on once Icould I might put them inside thefreezer and then the morning bother inthe morning I just what I did is I youknow put them some over water so theycan also you can get some I’d the iceoff of them and as you can see I adamantAdam on to the to the pan now as you cansee I added some a little bit of a semicinnamon powder together just to give itto start some flavor[Music][Music][Music][Music]now pick up that pan stir it up pick upthe frying pan stir it up make sureeverything is properly balanced cookedprobably right so you can get ready noweverything looks good I sprinkle my alittle bit of cinnamon now I’m about tosprinkle a little bit of the nutmeg yaget or you know just a little bit ofnutmeg not that much[Music]so I got my pancakes I got my sausagepatties I got my eggs ready and I’mready to have my consonant to do berrypancake breakfast you know like I saidif I have some heavy hitters comingthrough you know I’m gonna make enoughfor everybodyso we can each start eating look at thisokay this can’t get any better than thislook at that that’s
