How to make 🇹🇭 Thailand Banana Pancake 如何自制 #泰式香蕉煎餅 😋

1. Defrost roti patatha 解冻煎饼
2. Put the roti paratha on the baking paper . Then gently spread out the roti paratha to make it slightly bigger 将煎饼放在蛋糕纸上然后轻轻的用手压成大片一点
3. Cut the banana to 12 pieces and put on the roti paratha 将香蕉切成12小块放在煎饼上
4. Fold the side to cover the banana 将煎饼旁边包起盖着香蕉
5. Heat up your pan & put in unsalted butter. As the butter melts,place the roti paratha on the pan 将锅弄烧然后加入无盐牛油,然后放入煎饼
6. When the bottom part of roti paratha getting brownish, sprinkle some sugar on top and flip it over. Keep flipping back and forth until both side are golden brown. 当煎饼底部呈现巧克力色,洒点糖在上面然后将煎饼翻转,然后继续的上下翻转直至双面呈现黄金巧克力色
7. Let the roti paratha cool down abit then cut it to 12 pieces. 让煎饼稍冷后切成12片
8. Spread a load of Nutella / Milo / Chocolate on top it , and put some condensed milk. 将 Nutella / 美禄 / 巧克力 涂满在煎饼上,然后再分散的倒入牛奶
9. Enjoy your meals 😋 即可享用
