33g protein whey/casein mix ( for those that do not have a whey/casein pre-mixed then this would be 26g casein and 7g whey )
15g coconut flour
90g egg whites
165g – 175g unsweetened almond milk
4g baking powder
½ tsp vanilla
20g greek yogurt fat free
