Ingredients
– 2 large eggs 🥚
– 1 tablespoon sugar 🧂
– 2 tablespoons baking powder
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 3 cups flour
– 3 cups milk 🥛
– 1 pinch of salt 🧂
Method
– Whisk together all ingredients
Don’t forget a pinch of salt
– Heat fry pan with a little oil
– Cook 1 tbs of mixture at a time
– Arrange the pancakes on a plate and drizzle with honey over the top hummm !
Top with fresh fruits if desired !
