I made souffle pancakes with my little sister, Elliana!
Ingredients:
– 2 Eggs (Egg whites and egg yolks separated)
– 2-3 Tbsp of Milk
– 1 Cup of Flour
– 1 tsp of vanilla extract (maple syrup for substitute)
– 1 tsp of baking powder (vinegar for substitute)
– 1 Tbsp of sugar
– Butter
