foodfor the nine thousand what we’ve got foryou today are the big bulk blueberrybanana breakfast akasome Kodiak cakes that have blueberriesbananas and a special treat at the endreason I chose Kodiak cakes is becausethey are higher protein so therefore youcan kind of justify the carbs ofpancakes and you can get a big ol box ofit at Costco for not that much money andsome of the money goes to supportanimals so it’s in line with our thirdtheme of the show which is the crazyanimal facts I tell you while I’mpreparing the food it’s a quick thingI’ll show you here I always put theblueberries in the batterif the blueberries are gonna burn unlessI put them in after the fact and I madethe batter too thick because rememberyou’re not making crepesyou’re not making biscuits so there’slike a certain consistency that you needso see how it’s kind of it will come outand I don’t have to plop it like abiscuit but it’s not just gonna be likerunning all over the counter so I make acrepe that cooks too fast that’ll alsohelp it rise a little bit with theKodiak cakes you can do water or if youwant to up the protein you can do milkwhich is what I did or you can do egg soyou can get anywhere in there from likeBo this is just a slightly healthierpancake – like full trying to bulk soyou can walk everywhere like Zion kindof your call so that’s about it I alwayslet the pan preheat otherwise the firstpancake will always get messed up if itdoes no sweat you’ve got like a tenpound box of pancake mix and plenty oftime again you’re in social distancingso yeah the banana however I’ll addafter the factit’s a real thing you’re just watchingfor on the burner is that the layer ofbatter is even and it will leave it outand you can just kind of you know likelet the pan a little bit you’re watchingthe surface you ideally are just makingone flip and then you pick it up becausethe more you screw with it with yourspatula the more it’s gonna get gummyand more it’s gonna get messed up andugly five right so you got to be patientgot it hands off on the node of grizzlybears Kodiak bears can actuallyhibernate for up to eight months andthey barely lose any mass or muscle tonewhich is kind of insane because most ofus have been sitting on our couch for aweek and we all are feeling awful sosomething to be learned there grizzlybear can also crush a bowling ball withits bite force which is prettyterrifying in its own right so I’m justgonna check this it’s a big color therethese do come out a little bit darkerthan other pancakes I think is just fromsomething in the batter so yeah becauseI knew that hippos could actually crushthe canoe or vitae canoe in half withone bite so grizzly bear is crushing awhole bowling ball is kind of terrifyingespecially because they’re up to fivefeet tall on all fours or ten feet tallif they’re standing on two legs I meanat some point nine feet ten feet it’skind of just a really big bearso we’re gonna see how this sides doinga little bit more time there and thecook time does get a little differentwith this the milk is faster than withthe water so yeah grizzly bears are kindof terrifying even though they’reactually somewhat lazy and they don’treally like to hunt or fishvery often they prefer to eat grass andberries all day and they get used sothere’s something to be said for veganson that I guess my brother willappreciate that set up the other factthat I found from the same site whichI’m not gonna disclose cuz I don’t wantto give away all my gems before I makemore videos is there was once a type ofcrocodile that could gallop and that’salso terrifying because alreadyalligators and crocodiles are prettyfast they’re pretty big especiallycrocodiles cuz Gators usually top outlike 10 12 sometimes 14 15 feet rakaNiles can get to be like 18 20 21 feetand they sometimes venture out of theirlittle swamp to go into like a dustplains or whatever kind of freaky thatyou have one that’s gonna be likegalloping around and chomping right likeI kind of envy Chris crustaceanscrocodilians like I could see myself asa crocodilian and I’ve had people agreewith that assessment but especially backin like Gallup that just suddenlychanges the whole food pyramid rightbecause there’s one thing if you justcan swim did you did beat Tom but if youcan like gallop gallop hop all of asudden antelopes and gazelles and deerand small children that get away fromthe swamp like they’re all fair gameand it’s still a crocodile it can stillswim you can still hold its breath it’sstill got the top likeI don’t know I don’t know how a catsmart like meerkats can identify eachother’s calls and they actually willbabysit for each other they’re also themost murderous animal a meerkat about20% of all meerkats die as a result ofbiting other meerkats which is aterrifying statistic like one in five iskilled by another meerkat although Iguess if we counted all the idiots outthere that are on the beach and notsocial distancing during coronavirus inthere we might come close to themeerkats soon but yeah kind of kind ofscary your cat Mandor more like me yourcat murder and so for the most part I’vebeen pretty good with these I haven’thad to touch them too much which is niceyeah I don’t knowas the teachers coronavirus things soboringlike I can’t sign anything mandatory andI can’t grade anything like so put it inperspective I was so bored the first dayI cleaned the whole house and then sinceI’ve just been sitting there my onlineclass got delayed by a week so theycould be prepared to put everythingonlineso yeah last week was really boring hadlike nothing I went to the grocery storethat’s good recreational shopping seethat when I goof the net to turn ittwice messing up the section if you guysgo to the comments you can requesteither types of workouts types of foodyou can do an ingredient challenge forme or you can request facts aboutcertain kinds of animals and I’ll talkabout that animal while I make foodit should doesn’tpay off yeah so also what I feel free toask about ideas for stuff to do duringthe quarantine my life is consistedmostly of NBA 2k and now Animal Crossingand then getting reading done for myclass which isn’t totally doing so theprofessor is probably gonna be like sowhat do you think of the character Venuslike ah you could add blueberries Idon’t know I’ll get that done before theclass starts but yeah look at thepriorities here making pancake videosinstead of doing worknot great priorities by a teacher but doyou know if I get it all done maybe Ijust like the pressure that’s my bestthat’s my best answer their upcomingvideos that I’m gonna be doing for youguys I have a guacamole video that I’mgonna be working on and if we shed avideo I would expect those in the nextcouple of days because those tomatoesaren’t gonna last foreverand I just got the avocados yesterday sothose should be good to roll by itprobably probably I don’t know I haven’treally seen how close to right they arewe’ll figure it out yeah guacamolebruschetta and then my sweet potatoesI’ll probably be towards the end of theweek so there’s three videos you canlook forward to as far as the animalfacts that go with those I’ve got noidea what I’m gonna do so yeah we canjust figure that one out as we gowinging it is something I am literally aprofessional at so yeah I don’t get thislogic like oh you need a like 10 pagewritten lesson plan for like everythingyou doI would never sleep I have to grade andmanage the kids and teach and eat andworkout and all the rest so it’s like10-page like some time thing teachersdon’t actually do it unless when theyhave to show it like that thoughtprocess goes into it but there’s no wayin the world now my unit plays on theother hand I’m OCD is anything butlesson plans it doesn’t when you’reteaching three preps like I’m going tospend like an hour and a half teachingsomething that only works for like hourand 15 minutes yeah good call reallygood call all right so those guys looksabout ready yeah I see how I like jackedup the texture on this because I flippedit twice those guys they’re pros if youwant real maple syrup like you just putin whatever eight minutes of time intomaking your pancakes and you bothered tobuy blueberries and you’re gonna putbanana on there like you’re puttingfresh real stuff on there don’t jack itup putting on some crappy dollar brandsure I get the real syrup you can getthis container again not that much moneyI got it at Costco I bet Sam’s Club andwherever else club memberships that selllarge amounts of things they add it tothat so like I said you got your stackof pancakes I like to just put theblueberries on sorry the bananas ratheron top of it and you kind of stack itand then the rest you can kind of put tothe sidesand that’s mostly just for plating Imean when you cut into it they’re gonnafall off anywayso you don’t have to worry about gettinglike all the bananas on top of it rightso I kind of just get it like throughthere it’s like ANSI summer on theresome aren’t it’s gonna get cut openanyway so I’m really not that worriedabout the plating if you were plating itfor someone and you wanted to make likelittle towers around it you could dothat but this is for me so I just reallydon’t care that much I don’t get thesyrup on there I don’t want to drown itbecause it’s already gonna be prettysweet with the two fruits in there sousually I’ll be like this you can seethere’s some on the bottom to soak upcuz again this is a pretty tall stack ofpancakes that’s usually how I’ll do thatand then if you want to get really crazyto Maude’s you could get like some freshwalnut so you can put those in there soI’m gonna be back because I’m that fancyit’s like a little bit it’ll add a cooltexture to it tooand then the other thing you could dotoo if you wanted that’s sort of creamyor almost buttery bit like a creamierside of things you could get some Greekyogurt and put it on there either on topalmost as the same effect this whippedcream but way healthier and way higherin protein or you could do the ones withthe fruit and put that in there you caneven like layer it between two and makelike some crazy sandwich thing yeah solots of options there this is superquick again me talking you through itand going slow so 13 minutes and that’safter a couple of minutes of prep butit’s really like fast to do and once youget the setup going these take like okayso it’s a cool fast fresh high-proteinnostalgic lumberjack breakfast so youcan get big and walk like zion or maybehibernate
