Ingredients:
Rice flour: 1/3 cups – 1 cups
Sweetener: 1 teaspoon
Salt
Egg- 1-2 it depends on what type of cottage you have, if its soft then add 1 egg, if its hard and holds it shape then add 2 eggs.
Cottage cheese- 300 grams
