বিশ্বাস করুন বা না করুন, overripe কলা খাওয়া পুরোপুরি নিরাপদ এবং এতে ভিটামিন সি এবং অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট মাত্রা স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে অনেক বেশি থাকে।
