வாழைப்பழம் பான் கேக்/ BANANA PANCAKE
தேவையான பொருட்கள்/ INGREDIENTS
வாழைப்பழம் / BANANA – 2 WHEAT FLOUR/ கோதுமை மாவு – 1 கப் / CUP
வெல்லம் / JAGGERY – 3/4 கப் / CUP
பால் / MILK – 2/3 கப் / CUP முட்டை/ EGGS – 1
ஏலக்காய் / ELACHI – 2 POWDERED
METHOD: Take a mixer add banana pieces, Jaggery, milk, eggs and grind it well. Take a bowl and add the grinded ingredients and add the wheat flour and baking powder and mix well. Then keep a tawa and pour the batter like dosa and pour some oil to it. Then turn and let it cook for 1 min in medium flame. Take out banana pancake and serve in a plate
