biscuits ornaan khatai if we got all-purpose flourwhich is maida and here we got semolinawe got unsalted butter homemade you canuse any butter from the market and herewe got powdered sugarwe got almonds to garnish on the top ofthe cookies we got here cardamom and wegot cocoa powder we got here halfteaspoon of baking soda and one teaspoonof baking powder so first we have tomake the batter for the naan khatai orthe cookies so I’m taking butter hereand this is powdered sugar so first wehave to mix butter in the powdered sugarI’m using this whisk if you want to doit with your hand you can do it withyour hand also this mixture will startto get more fluffy slowly with time youhave to mix it for somewhere around fiveto seven minutes and you will see it’sshining creamyit’s time to mix the cardamom in here soI’m just going to open this so we gotthis Cardinal I’m using this stone tocrush it and make it a powder I’m goingto add this to my better now we’re gonnaadd our all-purpose flour which is maidaand now we’re gonna add semolina in herenow we are adding a baking soda inbaking powder so now we have to mix itbut this whisk is not working so fine soI’m going to use my hands make we’regonna make our cookies or the naankhatai or the biscuits so we don’t wantour cookies to stick on this so to avoidthis ticking we’re gonna use this butterand I’m gonna apply this butter on thebottom of this plate so it will make alayer so our cookies will not stick inthis pan take the shape for the cookiesso I’m gonna take this much of the sizelike this and just make a bowl and flatit up not too much just like this andI’m gonna leave it hereevery god be regular cookies and I’mgoing to make this cocoa almond also forthe same thingso we got this cookies naan khatai orthe biscuits already and I’m going tomake a design on the top so I’m usingthis fork and just gently put it on thetop and make it like this so you get adesign on the topdesigns now and if you know noir addthese
