Hi guys my name is Tooba I’m 13 years old and I love baking so here’s a yummy chocolate chip cookies 
recipe for yall 
INGREDIENTS:-
1 cup bread flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
SIFT AND MIX (set aside)
1 cup butter ( make it brown ) put water until reach at 1 cup immediately put it in fridge for 2
hours until softened
SET ASIDE
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coffee powder
ADD 1 CUP BROWN BUTTER IN SUGAR MIX
ELECTRIC WHISK AND MAKE IT CREAM
In the sugar cream put :-
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
WHISK AND PUT FLOUR MIX
ADD IN 3 PARTS + DON’T MIX COMPLETELY
THEN ADD THE CHOCOLATE
1/2 cup chocolate chips
150g dark chocolate
MIX WITH SPATULA
SCOOP UP THE DOUGH
BAKE ON 180 DEGREE FOR 11 MINS
