I am here with a short video on how to make shortbread cookies, low carb style!! I am currently on a modified low carb diet, so I generally stay away from sugary foods. Sweets were always something I’ve loved and had a hard time staying away from. I had to create a dessert that I can eat without feeling guilty. So here you are!

Ingredients:
Almond Flour- 1 1/3 Cup
Swerve- 1/3 Cup
Salt- 1/8 tsp
Country Crock Butter- 1/4 Cup (additional 1 TBSP if needed)
Coconut Flour by Betterbody Foods- 2 TBSP
Vanilla Extract- 1/2 tsp
Makes 15 Cookies (using a 1.5 TBSP Scoop)
Serving Size: 2 Cookies
