My absolute favourite cookie has to be an oatmeal raisin (or oat and raisin if you’re British), especially when they’re a chunky NYC style with a crispy exterior and delightful chewy interior!
So that’s why this weeks recipe is showing you how to make oatmeal raisin cookies! Albeit very chaotically, with half the mixture ending up on the kitchen wall
